which has earned stellar reviews. Prerelease tracking, however, has been
sluggish, prompting concern on the Warner Bros. lot that the movie may
only debut in the $25 million range. The studio partnered with Village
Roadshow Pictures on the film.

Overseas, where Cruise remains a far bigger star, Edge of Tomorrow has already grossed more than $33 million since launching in select markets last weekend. It opens in a number of major territories this weekend, including China, Russia, Australia, France and Mexico.
